Harry Norsworthy RPh, ACE

Owner, Chief Executive Officer

Harry Norsworthy, RPh, 340B ACE is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Komplete 340B Solutions. He is an experienced 340B network advisor, specializing in the administration of 340B programs within rural hospitals and community health centers, as well as large, multi-facility health systems, with over 25 years’ experience.

After working for several years with MedAssets as a pharmacy leader managing large health system clients, Harry became the Associate Principal and Vice President of 340B Advisory Solutions for Vizient, Inc. representing the largest member-owned healthcare company with almost $100 billion in annual purchasing volume. He has partnered with over 30 hospital organizations and their 340B programs, including Renown Health, INTEGRIS Health, CHRISTUS Health, Advocate, Providence Health, Legacy Health, Maricopa Integrated Health System, UC Irvine, Temple, and UPMC Pinnacle Hospitals.

Harry is a dynamic advocate of rural health organizations committed to serving their communities and ensuring access to high-quality, affordable health care, having lectured on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers, ASHP, 340B Coalition, and associations including the Minnesota Rural Health Alliance, Nevada Rural Hospital Partners, and Colorado Rural Health Center, among others.

He leads Komplete 340B Solutions to provide training and guidance to covered entities in the strategic and operational aspects of 340B network management and optimization. Harry has published numerous articles on industry relationships, growth strategies, and cost avoidance within the 340B program.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas as well a BS in Biology from Grambling State University.

Israel Camacho, ACE 

340B Consulting Manager

Israel Camacho, B.S. Healthcare Admin, PhT, comes to Komplete having experience in retail pharmacy, inpatient/outpatient pharmacy, pharmacy benefits management and has worked as the 340B Program Manager for Adventist Health West Rideout, for the last five years.

Israel graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Healthcare Administration degree and has worked for/with Adventist Health West Rideout, UC Davis Medical Center, rural health clinics, pharmacy benefits companies, and other retail pharmacy locations throughout his 16-year career in pharmacy.  He also has experience in Business and Finance

Haley Herman

Executive Assistant

Haley Herman comes to Komplete 340B Solutions as the executive assistant and creative director. She has over 10 years of experience in administration and more than 7 years in graphic design and marketing.

Haley has had the opportunity to work with businesses and clients all across the globe. She takes pride in her ability to streamline business processes and customer satisfaction. Her passion is developing recognizable brands that not only make an excellent first impression but continue to stay on the mind of customers. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Western Illinois University.
